In detail
Content Design
- Decides what the piece is for before deciding what it says
- Shapes structure, hierarchy, and rhythm so the reader can actually use it
- Treats every format — article, script, page, email — as a designed object, not a container
Channel Strategy
- Maps where the audience actually shows up, not where the brand wishes they did
- Matches the format to the channel's grammar (YouTube isn't LinkedIn isn't Substack)
- Sets a cadence the team can hold, with the receipts to defend it internally
UX and AI
- Designs content that holds up in search, in feeds, and in AI answers
- Writes for the interface the reader is in — sidebar, summary, snippet, chat
- Builds for retrieval and reasoning, not just reading
Content Ops
- Names the workflow the work actually moves through, brief to publish
- Builds the templates, briefs, and review loops that keep quality from drifting
- Makes the system portable — across writers, agencies, and tools
