14 tools for organizing, measuring, and creating content

Recently I started playing around with Figma’s new Slides tool.
Very easy, very fun. Reminds me of Keynote.
Hunting around for a reason to use Slides, I decided to redesign my most-commonly used content strategy tools into a single deck.
This is a first draft of that deck. Looks kind of like a wireframe.
Inside is a bare bones, step-by-step walkthrough of tools and frameworks you need for any content strategy project.
This will be useful for anyone who is doing an internal strategy project or creating content for a client.
What’s included:
Each slide contains a description of the tool/framework, an explanation of why to use it, and (where appropriate) a link to a simple spreadsheet that you can copy and customize. Go wild, kid.
You’ll also find more colorful tools like this user journey:
And a recommended persona template:
Like I said, this is a wireframe of sorts, a beginning point for a more comprehensive (and colorful) deck.
A future version will include, at least, more links to resources and template files to help you customize your strategic approach.
If this is useful to you, please let me know.
And/or, if you have suggestions for more tools and frameworks to include, or feedback, I hope you’ll let me know that, too.
